Detailed below are the facilities which we hope help to make the Garden Centre a friendlier and easier place for our customers to visit. Our Team of Staff are here in every department to advise and help with every enquiry you may have.

Large Car Park

We have parking spaces for up to 300 cars and have very easy access both onto and off the A127, which is the main dual-carriage way into Southend-on-Sea. The A127 is off Junction 29 of the M25 and from there it is a 20 minute drive to our door. Visit the Contact Us page for directions and a map of our location.

Disabled Facilities

We have disabled parking and disabled toilet facilities. All main areas are ramped and entrances and exits either have wide sliding or automatic doors. Wheelchairs are available to borrow, although we ask for a £25 cash, refundable deposit for each one.

Baby Changing Facilities & High Chairs

We have baby changing facilities available in the centre and there are high chairs available for babies and young children in the restaurant.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards in the centre, but please note these facilities are  available in the restaurant, but with a minimum £10.00 spend. (We do not  accept American Express)

We also accept H.T.A and Interflora Vouchers as payment or part-payment.  H.T.A vouchers are  fantastic Gifts,  to purchase these please see Terri, Julie or our Team at the cash desk.

Delivery Service

We provide a Delivery Service if required, please ask a member of staff for details.

Monday to Saturday – 9am to 5:30pm

(From Saturday 13th April 2013, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December).

Monday to Saturday – 9am to 5pm (Jan,Feb, March)

Sunday – 10am for viewing only, Tills open at 11am Close at 5pm

Garden Centre is closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
