Finding Us
A127 from Southend
Look out for the A176 Basildon/Billericay turn off and take the slip road. At the next roundabout take the first exit, then at the next roundabout take the third exit onto the A127 towards Southend. We’re 3/4 of a mile down on the left.
A127 from London
Exit the M25 at junction 29 and join the A127 Southend bound. Continue down the A127 looking out for the A176 Basildon/Billericay turn off, by the large “Basildon” sign. Don’t get off just yet, but continue for another 3/4 of a mile past that junction, you’ll find us on the left.

Parking
We have parking spaces for up to 450 cars and easy access from the A127, which is the main dual-carriage way into Southend-on-Sea. The A127 is off Junction 29 of the M25 which is a 10 minute drive to our door.
Disabled Facilities
We have disabled parking and disabled toilet facilities. All main areas are ramped and entrances and exits either have wide sliding or automatic doors. Wheelchairs are available free of charge (subject to a refundable £25 cash deposit).
Payment
We accept most major credit cards in the centre. We also accept the H.T.A. National Garden Gift Vouchers as payment. We do not accept American Express.
Local Delivery Service
Found something you love, but can’t fit it in to your car? Don’t worry, help is at hand.
Our driver Colin and his team will be happy to deliver for you. We only use our own vans, not outside couriers, so the service is only available locally.
